Day by day
Day 1Xin Chào Hanoi! Train Street, Beer Street & Night Market
- Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and meet the common group pickup for the transfer to your hotel.
- In the afternoon, take an easy walk around the Old Quarter and follow a street-food trail.
- In the evening, visit Train Street, Beer Street (Ta Hien) and the weekend night market.
- The Vietnam Uncovered group arrives from the Ha Giang Loop late tonight, and from tomorrow you travel together with the trip captain.
Day 2Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay Excursion
- After breakfast, join a guided group tour to explore either Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay.
- In Ninh Binh, enjoy cycling through rice fields, a scenic boat ride through limestone caves and a short hike.
- Alternatively, visit Ha Long Bay for a cruise with lunch, kayaking, a cave visit and a hike. Return to Hanoi by evening and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 3Explore Hanoi and Fly to Da Nang
- Enjoy breakfast and check out from the hotel.
- Spend the day exploring Hanoi at your own pace, visiting the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake while sampling local favourites such as pho, banh mi, bun cha and egg coffee.
- You can explore on foot or use Grab at your own expense.
- In the evening, take a flight to Da Nang and check in to the hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An.
Day 4Marble Mountains, Coconut Forest and Hoi An
- Happy Republic Day! Celebrate 26 January in Hoi An with the group.
- After breakfast, visit Marble Mountains to explore its caves, pagodas and scenic viewpoints.
- Continue to Cam Thanh Coconut Forest for a traditional basket boat ride through the lush waterways.
- Later, explore Hoi An Ancient Town, known for its charming yellow streets, Japanese Covered Bridge and local shops.
- In the evening, enjoy a memorable lantern boat ride along the Thu Bon River.
Day 5Ba Na Hills & the Golden Bridge
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading to Ba Na Hills for a scenic cable car ride.
- Visit the iconic Golden Bridge, famous for its giant stone hands, and explore the French Village, flower gardens and Fantasy Park.
- Enjoy a buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills before returning to Da Nang / Hoi An.
- Spend the evening relaxing at My Khe Beach or exploring the local night market.
Day 6Tạm Biệt Vietnam! Fly home from Da Nang (or add Ho Chi Minh City)
- Enjoy breakfast and check out from the hotel.
- You can choose to fly to Ho Chi Minh City, with the flight at your own expense, and explore attractions such as Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Walking Street after checking in to the hotel.
- Alternatively, you can transfer to Da Nang Airport for your return flight to India.

Day tours
- Ha Long Bay option – day cruise on the Sonata Cruise or similar: lunch on board, kayaking, a cave visit and a short hike. Pickup 7:00 AM from your Hanoi hotel; back in Hanoi by about 9:30 PM, where the tour ends.
- Ninh Binh option – full-day group tour: cycling, a 2-hour boat ride through limestone caves and a short hike. Pickup 6:45–7:00 AM from your Hanoi hotel; back in Hanoi by 7:30–8:00 PM, where the tour ends.
- Both are guided group (SIC) tours with an English-speaking guide.

- Two ways to book the same trip:
- With Indian guide – ₹46,999 per person: our trip captain from India from Day 2, plus local guides; 3★/4★ hotels on twin sharing. Single room: +₹15,500.
- Without guide – ₹34,999 per person: local English-speaking guides on the day tours, no trip captain; social hostels in a mixed dorm (4- or 6-bed). Runs with a minimum of 8 guests; no discount.
- Both prices: + 5% GST + 2% TCS. Vietnam e-visa ₹3,500 per person extra (we apply for you). Booking amount ₹20,000 per person.
- Group trip for ages 18–38.
- Group trip for ages 18–38. Rooms are on twin sharing; a single room is available at a supplement
- You join the Vietnam Uncovered group, who arrive in Hanoi from the Ha Giang Loop on the night of Day 1. From Day 2 you travel together
- Ninh Binh / Ha Long Bay: a guided group (SIC) tour with an English-speaking guide. The trip captain joins only if 12 or more guests choose the same option
- Republic Day (26 January) falls on Day 4 – we celebrate it together in Hoi An

Cancellation policy
- Cancel in writing, by email or WhatsApp to our team.
- Your booking amount (advance) is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the trip cost is charged, or the actual vendor charges if higher.
- No cash refunds. Where money can be recovered you get a credit note, valid 12 months on a new Desh Videsh trip, after deducting flights, visas and vendor charges.
- Visa fees, hotel deposits, event tickets and add-ons are non-refundable. Charges apply whatever the reason, including visa rejection or a no-show.
- Want to change dates instead? One free reschedule up to 45 days before departure; 30–44 days: actual vendor costs; 29 days or less: treated as a cancellation.
- Group trips need at least 6 travellers. If a batch doesn’t fill, we offer another date, another trip or a credit note.
