Day by day
Day 1Delhi → Jodhpur (overnight)
- Board the Tempo Traveller at Gurgaon IFFCO Chowk Metro Station in the evening – be there at the reporting time we share
- Settle in and meet your fellow travellers
- Music, stories and snacks on the overnight drive to Rajasthan
Day 2Explore the Blue City
- Arrive in Jodhpur in the morning and check in to a heritage property to freshen up
- Mehrangarh Fort – grand courtyards, carved palaces and views over the blue houses of the old city
- Jaswant Thada, the white-marble memorial beside the fort
- Local street-food stop – try mirchi vada and the famous makhaniya lassi
- City Palace (Umaid Bhawan) and the Vintage Car Museum
- Evening free for shopping, chai or more sightseeing, depending on time
- Dinner at the hotel
Day 3Jodhpur → Jawai: Leopard Safari
- Breakfast and check out
- Road trip to Jawai, with a stop on the way for a stretch and lunch (own cost)
- Check in at the camp and rest
- Jawai Leopard Safari in a shared open vehicle, through rocky granite hills and open wilderness – the home of Jawai's wild leopards
- Back to camp for dinner and an evening under the night sky with the group
Day 4Jawai → Delhi
- Breakfast at the camp
- Relaxed poolside time for photos and a last chat with the group
- Check out and start the return drive
- Arrive in Delhi in the evening or late at night – trip ends

Good to know
- Be at the pickup point on time – we leave at the reporting time shared on the trip group
- Hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM; early check-in depends on availability
- Pool access follows the resort's timings and rules
- The leopard safari may move to the next morning depending on operations; sightings are never guaranteed in the wild
- January nights in Jawai are cold – carry a warm jacket for the safari and the camp

Cancellation policy
- Cancel in writing, by email or WhatsApp to our team.
- Your booking amount (advance) is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the trip cost is charged, or the actual vendor charges if higher.
- No cash refunds. Where money can be recovered you get a credit note, valid 12 months on a new Desh Videsh trip, after deducting flights, visas and vendor charges.
- Visa fees, hotel deposits, event tickets and add-ons are non-refundable. Charges apply whatever the reason, including visa rejection or a no-show.
- Want to change dates instead? One free reschedule up to 30 days before departure; 15–29 days: actual vendor costs; 14 days or less: treated as a cancellation.
- Group trips need at least 6 travellers. If a batch doesn’t fill, we offer another date, another trip or a credit note.
