Day by day
Day 1Arrival in Tokyo
- Arrive at Tokyo airport and meet your representative. Private transfer to the hotel, check in and relax after your journey. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2Tokyo city tour – teamLab Planets & Tokyo Skytree
- Breakfast at the hotel. 10-hour private Tokyo city tour: teamLab Planets digital art (tickets included), Tokyo Skytree observation deck (tickets included), drive through Shibuya, Asakusa and Ginza with photo stops as time permits. Look out for cherry blossoms in seasonal parks and streets, subject to bloom.
Day 3Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea
- Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to your chosen park – Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea (tickets included). Themed attractions, entertainment and seasonal spring decorations, where available. Private transfer back in the evening.
Day 4Mt. Fuji & Hakone private tour
- Breakfast and checkout. 10-hour private tour: Mt. Fuji 5th Station (subject to weather and road conditions), Lake Ashi cruise and Hakone Ropeway (tickets included). Drop at the Fuji-area hotel. Luggage transfer Tokyo → Fuji via TA-Q-BIN available at the hotel on direct payment.
Day 5Fuji → Kyoto by Shinkansen
- Breakfast and checkout. Private transfer to the station. Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto (standard reserved seating). Private transfer to the hotel, check in. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6Kyoto cultural tour – kimono & tea ceremony
- Breakfast at the hotel. 10-hour private Kyoto tour: kimono-wearing experience, traditional tea ceremony, historic temples and the Gion and Kiyomizu areas as time permits, with cherry blossom spotting depending on bloom. Luggage transfer Kyoto → Osaka via TA-Q-BIN available at the hotel on direct payment.
Day 7Nara & Osaka tour
- Breakfast and checkout. 10-hour private tour: Nara Park and its free-roaming deer, Todai-ji Temple and the Great Buddha, Osaka city orientation and Dotonbori as time permits. Check in at the Osaka hotel.
Day 8Universal Studios Japan
- Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to Universal Studios Japan (tickets included). Rides, live shows, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Super Nintendo World, subject to park operations and ticket access. Private transfer back to the hotel.
Day 9Departure from Osaka
- Breakfast at the hotel, subject to flight timing. Checkout and private transfer to Osaka airport for your onward flight.

Cancellation policy
- Cancel in writing, by email or WhatsApp to our team.
- Your booking amount (advance) is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the trip cost is charged, or the actual vendor charges if higher.
- No cash refunds. Where money can be recovered you get a credit note, valid 12 months on a new Desh Videsh trip, after deducting flights, visas and vendor charges.
- Visa fees, hotel deposits, event tickets and add-ons are non-refundable. Charges apply whatever the reason, including visa rejection or a no-show.
- Want to change dates instead? One free reschedule up to 45 days before departure; 30–44 days: actual vendor costs; 29 days or less: treated as a cancellation.
- Group trips need at least 6 travellers. If a batch doesn’t fill, we offer another date, another trip or a credit note.
